With 25+ years of scientific and holistic experience I've loved transforming, not only my own wellbeing, but my families and the hundreds of clients I've been fortunate to work with.  


It's my mission to nourish the hearts of those I work with, transforming their wellbeing from the inside out, emotionally and physically.   Personally, in doing this and thankfully,  our two children have never been to hospital. They've had antibiotics only a couple of times between them and they are rarely sick.   This is what I now love to teach others and help ease some of the worry and stress that goes along with raising our children today.


I know how it feels to have this important knowledge.  It feels empowering knowing what to do and what kids need when they get sick.  We become confident in our choices.  And we become the healers in our homes.  This knowledge is invaluable.
