Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 pear (or sweet fruit in season)
- 1 handful of English spinach leaves, kale or other dark leafy greens,
- 1 stick of celery
- 1 handful of parsley or coriander
- 1/4 lemon (cut the rind off)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- ½ cup of ice
- 2 cups of water
Blend on high until you have a smooth consistency. The recipe will fill 2 large glasses.
