A cleansing green smoothie
Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 pear (or sweet fruit in season)
  • 1 handful of English spinach leaves, kale or other dark leafy greens,
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 handful of parsley or coriander
  • 1/4 lemon (cut the rind off)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • ½ cup of ice
  • 2 cups of water

Blend on high until you have a smooth consistency. The recipe will fill 2 large glasses.
