Frittata is a classic meal – bursting with nourishment for any time of the day. If ever I’m stuck for time or haven’t got much food around, I can always rely on a simple frittata. It’s another one of my go to recipes. With some pantry essentials on hand, we’re good to go and ready to make up this very satisfying and nutritious meal.
