Quick And Delicious
Baharat Spice Blend
February 23, 2017

This is a lebanese spice recipe,  Baharat simply means spice in Arabic. It’s used to season lamb but is an all-purpose flavour enhancer used to season fish, chicken, beef, tomato sauces and soups.   Super easy to make and so rewarding and flavourFUL making our own spice blend.   Spices truly are natures medicine and can quickly take us to another place and another time.  This blend is a perfect match for this delicious Lebanese Inspired Slow Roasted Goat recipe. Enjoy!

Quantity:  approximately 3/4 – 1 cup
