1 cup of butter (or macadamia nut oil or almond oil or a mixture)
1 cup of milk of your choice
1 seasonal apple cut into thin slices
preheat oven to 160 degrees celcius
grease a round cake tin with oil or butter and lightly dust with a gluten free or coconut flour
add all the ingredients into a blender and mix on a medium to high speed until all the ingredients are combined and mixed well. Taste the batter for the level of sweetness desired and add more if required.
pour half of the mixture into the cake tin, top with apple slices and pour the other half of the mixture over the top. Spread mixture evenly over the apple until smooth and all apples are covered. Cook in the oven for 45 minutes, or until when a knife is placed into the cake it comes out clean. turn of heat and leave in the oven for another 5 minutes. Remove from oven and leave to cool. Enjoy.
