1/4 cup activated almonds, macadamias or cashews (optional)
2 raw eggs or 1 Tbsp good quality protein powder (optional)
1 tsp coconut or MCT oil
1 tsp organic ghee (optional)
1 tsp organic inulin (a form of resistant starch / prebiotic) find it at most whole food stores
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender and mix on high for about 1 minute!
Serve. Enjoy!
Note
Add in any other ingredients you think the kids will enjoy e.g. we often mix it up with a tbsp of cacao, pinch of cinnamon, a tbsp of coconut oil or a tbsp of bone stock!
