Quick And Delicious
East Meets West Oven Baked Chicken
October 9, 2014

Using a few key ingredients I love this recipe for its simplicity and deliciousness.  The combination of East i.e. Tamari, Garlic, Ginger and then with the West i.e. the sundried tomatoes this is one super easy and delicious recipe that can be thrown together in a heart beat.  Just make sure you’ve got the chicken ready to go, along with the pantry staples and you’re there.  Double the quantity to freeze for another time or for lunches the next day.   Enjoy.
