Fresh Figs with Parmesan & Balsamic Vinegar
Preparation:  5 minutes

Quantity:  4 people as a snack

Ingredients:

  • 4 – 6 fresh figs cut into quarters
  • Approx. 1/4 cup organic parmesan cheese shaved
  • a drizzle of good quality balsamic vinegar (or coconut aminos)

Directions:

  1. Place figs separately onto a serving plate
  2. Sprinkle over parmesan shavings and balsamic vinegar to ‘polka dot’ the figs.  (It doesn’t need to cover the figs completely – just enough for a hint of flavour).  Enjoy!
