Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen fruit
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or preferred sweetener) optional, depending on the fruit you’ve used
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg yolk (optional)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and combine until the ingredients make a smooth consistency
- Serve with your favourite toppings, nuts, berries etc… and Enjoy!
