Pina Colada Green Smoothie!

Serves: 2

Pina Colada Green Smoothie!
Ingredients:

  • 1 thick slice of fresh pineapple (about 2cm wide & cored)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 medium sized kale leaves
  • 1 handful english spinach  leaves
  • 1/2 small  cucumber
  • 1/4 cup almonds (preferably soaked or activated)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 2 cups of filtered water

Directions:

1.  Add all ingredients, except the water, into a high speed blender
2.  blend on high, then once the ingredients are roughly chopped slowly add  the water
3.  Blend on high for about one minute or until the consistency is smooth
