Salted Caramel Raw Chocolates
April 15, 2014

For all you home made chocolate lovers, this recipe is such a treat and… SO simple, your friends and family will love it. It’s now my ALL time favourite chocolate recipe.   In Joy!

Preparation time:  10 minutes

Fridge time:  about 1 hour

Firstly make your raw home made chocolate following this recipe, home made chocolate.

With your chocolate fill up each chocolate cup or mould roughly 1/3rd full or enough to just cover the base well.

Place the moulds or cups into the fridge to set, takes approx. 30 mins.

Leave the remaining chocolate on the bench.  It will thicken a little and be fine.  While you wait prepare the filling.
