Quick And Delicious
Chocolate Nut Butter Smoothie Bowl
March 5, 2019

Like smoothies, smoothie bowls (& glasses) are a perfect way to add in important nutrients to our food, look fun and taste delicious!  Especially great for kids & the fussiest of eaters…   Many smoothie bowl recipes load up on sugar, this one keeps it low in sugar (while it still has a bit more than my usual recipes) plus the only sweetener that is used is whole fruit – using seasonal whole foods in their most natural and delicious greatness and lots of healthy, satiating fats.  Enjoy!
